You will always have a single point of contact at Urban Guru who will be responsible for your project.

We use a bug and feature management system to give our clients a complete view of where we are at any time in a project. You have the ability to comment on current bugs, close fixed ones, and create new reports and feature requests. We give access to a development version of our work, and give you regular updates so that you always know where you are. We invite criticism and comments at every stage of the development process.

We impose strict internal deadlines on project milestones, and ensure we are always on time. If we need more people to help us complete a project, we draw on our network of external specialists.
